Wait for a while. A long while. If their relationship doesn't last long, you can try flirting with him in a couple months, but if they keep dating for a long time, she'll probably be really sad when they break up and that would be really insensitive for you to date him afterwards. Be a good friend; they last a lot longer than boyfriends!

Don't go there! I work with girls as a profession and that only spells trouble. Don't even date him after they break up, unless you truly do not value this other girls friendship. Your friend will be a friend a lot longer than a young crush.

Depends on how good of a friend she is. Think about if she would do something like this to you. If not, she must be a good friend and you should leave her man alone.
