Sony cyber-shot 5.1 mega pixels?

how do I clear the memory stick. Iloaded photos from camera to pc.stupid me to think that all photos were off the memory stick, on trying to take more photos it just said no room on memory.Can anybody help I thank you if not its back to the old Brownie box camera.

Hi terranno, if you are transferring the photos from your camera to the PC, the copies will be stored on your PC.that means its like copy and paste not cut and paste.

So now you have copied all your photos to your PC. Now if you want to reuse the memory stick you need to delete all the photos from your memory stick.

Procedure to delete the photos one by one.

1. Go to the preview mode of your camera.
2.Scroll to the photo which you want to delete.
3.press the delete(button with a recycle bin mark) button.
4.confirm delete press yes.

Procedure to delete the selected photos.

1. Go to the preview mode of your camera.
2.press the picture index(the wide zoom button or Wbutton of zoom) button.
3.Press the delete button.
4.Select delete select photos.
5. select the photo by scrolling up and down and press the o.k button for selecting the photos.
6.Press the delete button.
7. confirm delete press yes.

Procedure to delete all the photos at once.

1. Go to the preview mode of your camera.
2.press the picture index(the wide zoom button or Wbutton of zoom) button.
3.Press the delete button.
4. select delete all.
5.confirm delete press yes.

Thats it now you can use your camera for your cool photos once again.

You should be able to delete
or format it from your camera's
menu. You may also be able to do
this from your computer when hooked
up to it and running the camera's software.

if it gives you the option of copy or move choose to move them. Drag and drop usually moves them too - but not always.
