Lorne got it right, they're screwing everybody. And Blair doesn't turn up at the airport because he hasn't yet mastered " acting like you care". His people skills don't stretch that far..

This government " screws " every one, especially our boys and girls in the forces. There is no way on God's earth , that Blair would have the guts to go out there and see for himself , what they are going through and No I haven't seen any news reports of him "Welcoming home our dead hero's ". Oh! if only Guy Faulks could return for one night on November 5th 2006 !!!!

Be realisitic the government screws everybody, and sevice personel have always been screwed more than civilians, don`t forget they don`t have a union , are on duty 24hrs a day and are amongst lowest paid for the dangers they face

I said this before, the rich only care about the poor when they want the to go to war, usually one which they created themselves. But were all getting screwed just look at the bills.

Don't blame what is happening to the military on the Republicans alone!!!
Our military should be paid as much as any one else that goes into the danger zone to work!
They are treated like welfare people!
But it isn't only President Bush's fault!
Our government loves to give themselves raises but hates to give any of us raises!

YES, they are screwing with our boys, I hope and pray they come home safe. I have a close friend, in Iraq. So i do know that they tell them one thing and when they get their they change things.
