My rule of thumb is 3 days in the fridge. As long as you cook them tonight, they should be okay. Make you sure wash them well before you cook them, though.

If you took them from your freezer Tuesday afternoon and put them in the fridge, they wouldn't be thawed until Wednesday at the earliest. How quickly they thaw depends on how big the package was. If it's just a few cutlets, they would be thawed by Wednesday. If it was several pounds of cutlets, it could take until Thursday to thaw. If they have been kept in the frig, they would still be good to use -- but give them the 'nose'
test when you open the package. If they smell funny, or even the slightest bit off, chuck them out. It isn't worth taking a chance on.

Open them up. If they smell funny you will know. Additionally, Rachel Ray has a great Turkey Cutlette recipe you need to find. Most important though is why are you eating turkey in november right before Thanksgiving? Your a bad, bad girl.

You are pushing it, I say no more than three days and you're just at that. I think you can give it a go and just make sure you cook it really thoroughly. Enjoy your turkey, I eat it year round!

If they have been the refrigerator all the time, they should be good. A lot of it depends on how they were handled before they were frozen. Check by your old sniffer and you will know. If in doubt, throw it out.

They should be fine. Just make sure they are cooked all the way through. The juices should run clear.

Use them today, or cook them and re-freeze.
Don't re-freeze unless cooked!
