ok, this will be like a 3 part question in intrest of saving points lol. I know I've asked this before, but still yet 1. Does anyone know the best way to lose about 100 pounds or more? 2. Does anyone have any sucess stories they can share...it makes me feel as though i can acomplish it if someone else has lol. 3. What is the best motivation to get off of my butt and watch tv, ive tried all the pills nothing seems to work, i'll go on an excersicin spurt then get lazy again i just cant seem to make myself do it...and i know that you've got to exercise and eat right, but does anyone know of any pill, or any specific diet that really works? I think I'm almost willing to try anything lol

You have to change your lifestyle, and do it very slowly.
There are many people that have done it just by eating healthy and excercising. You can try sparkpeople.com, it's an online community where you can find many supportive people and as much success stories,
it's free and a great if not the best tool I have to loose weight, become healthy and keep it off.

if you are really willing to try anything. then here is a diet for you
eat less. excersice more. it's the only effective way to get the results you want and to have them stick. good luck. start off walking or jogging and get a workout buddy to push yourself. it will take time but it is possible. you have to stay motivated though and drugs are not going to give you the motivation to do that. Drink lots of water also.
