to find out that major govs and "terrorists"have united somewhere along the line with a view to creating civil unrest in cities and towns "organised chaos" so they can really put their foot down and have COMPLETE control over their CITIZENS and have a "valid" reason to do so?

passing the buck and the "I was unaware of.."is the politicians major tool...A direct act or stance on something riskd votes and more importantly the backing of the heavy walleted fiscal supporters...
