Basically first of all make sure that you are ready for sure.
2. Make sure you have lots of pads on hand.
You will bleed for sure....
3. Take a warm bath and relax.
4. Take it slow....
5. It may hurt..
6. Wear protection
7. Keep vaseline or KY jelly handy to make it easier on you....

use protection and both of you take your time. don't rush find out what feels good. and don't be embarrased. It is new to the both of you, it will get better the more you find out what you are doing. Things always feel weird from the first.

I usually prep by covering myself in borscht and cabbage and riding nude upon an oxen...I cry afterward...but I hear everybody does...

theres not much to prepare for .. just make sure you have condoms.. and maybe some lube cuse you might need it the first time. make sure you shower that day cuse you dont want to be dirty.... but just relax and it will be a great time...
