don't take the birth control unless you find out for sure 1st that you are not pregnant.
You are going to have to talk to your mom. I think if she wants to put you on birth control its because she thinks there is a chance that you are having sex so she knows that there is always a possibility of pregnancy, so you just need to confirm what she already knows.
Good Luck.

well since you are unsure whether you are pregnant or not then you and your mother can find out together. when she takes you to the doctor to get birth control they will be giving you a pregnancy test before they will not administer the BC to you if you are. So they will refuse to give the bc to you if you are infacr preggo. That is the best way to tell her if your pregnant because that is when you will be sure whether or not it is true

if you are pregnant there is only so many months you can hide it from her, so you're better off sorting it out now. do a home test, and if its positive let her know, if it's negative then it's up to you if you want to let her know, then you can just go on the pill. Under no circumstances take the pill without knowing for sure.

Go buy a few tests, maybe 2, and find out for sure. If its negative then just go on the pill. If its positive then you have no choice but to tell her that you are pregnant!

When you go to the doctor, they will have you take a pregnancy test prior to giving you the pill or a shot, etc. It's standard procedure regardless. If it does come back positive, your mom will probably be disappointed you didn't come forward but there's always the chance to that she'll never have to know any different.

talk to your mom about this & go buy a pregnancy test.
yes, it CAN hurt the baby to start taking birth control.
also, think about using condoms in the mean time, as well as when you are on birth control. see, the problem is that none of these are entirely effective. so many people accidentally goof their pills, so i reccomend doubling up if you are not ready for a child. condoms aren't so bad once you get used to them.

be honest sit your mom down and tell her you might be pregnant ,taking the pill when you are pregnant is not the right thing to do , your mom will find out ,it would be better if you tell her and not find out when she take you to the doctor, don't let a stranger tell her ,it is your duty to do so., and if you are not let this be a learning experience for you .Good luck,If you were grown up enough to have sex you should be woman enough to tell your mom what you have been up to.

Before you get on the bill planned parenthood gives you a pregnancy test. If it is positive then you walk out with no pills and have to tell mom!
