I think that your boyfriend was very bad for spreading these very private rumours even though they were not true. You need to ask him why he did that?
Some men like to brag about their fantasies and because they want to look like they are desirable to girls and to make their other friends look incompetent with women. It isn't a very desirable thing that men do and is quite perverted, but they usually do it because they want to look good in front of their friends. For men, the way they think they look good is when they boast about being able to please a woman in bed - this for them, is better than boasting about having a great car or great clothes though don't know why.
All I can say to you is that your boyfriend needs to be confronted by you and for you to ask him what he meant by doing what he had. Tell him how dirty this made you feel and that if he does it again, you will leave him because this is unacceptable behaviour. I think he did it to show off and make out to be the greatest guy in the bedroom department, but am sure that he didn't do it to hurt you, even though he did.
Give him another chance and try and talk to him about it and be honest about what you felt when others were spreading rumours about it. Ask him why he did it and warn him not to ever do it again and that if he has any problems with sex with you then it is better if he talks to you about it rather than his mates. If he breaks your trust again, then yes, I would end the relationship.

if he really lied about something you didn't do and he does not show that he loves you, although he says it. I say DUMP HIS ASS. There are other fish in the sea so to speak. And I bet that you have a chance with any of them.

first of all if he lied to other people about what you've done together he doesn't love you, even if he tells a lot of people what you've done together and if he doesn't act like it thats another indicator. IF he doesn't care about you than you prabably will get hurt. i don't mean to be pessimistic but i've been through a lot of rough relationships and i wish i'd been more disciplined through them. They sooner you get out of it the less you'll hurt. good luck.

well if you didn't like what he had spread and if it hurt you a lot than i would think to take some time off w/ him and let things cool down. like not totally break things off just let him know that what he did was wrong and that it would be best if you two took a break from things until things get back to normal.

if he's spreading lies, he's gotta go. (but check to make sure he's the one who started it). i've been in relationship when they don't show their affection in public. that's just the way some guys are. have a talk w/ him about the rumor, that's when you'll see the real him. don't be scared to get hurt: we all do.

OMG that is just sooooo disrespectful.
To be spreading stuff like that about you, is totally not on.
Don't ever fear the hurt and pain....it's one of lifes 'bad points' which makes us stronger people in the long run.

If you love him keep him, but if you want to live with this for the rest of your life when you get married than dump him. you will still find someone else that will be perfict for you and won't do wat your so called boyfriend os doing.
