If a glass of water has water to the middle is the glass half full or half empty?

It depends on how u look at life. A positive person will say half full a negative person will say half empty. And if a person say both they look at life both ways.

Technically it's both, but it is defiantly seen as half full (but it IS half empty as well).

For example:
If you are at a friend's house or something and you want to ask for some water but to fill the glass halfway only.... you'd say "May I have a glass half filled with water?" Not, "May I have a glass half empty with water?"

No, it's both. Something cannot be half full without also being half empty. If the glass contains 8 oz. and can contain 16 oz., then it's half full of water, but also half empty of water.

Hence, the glass is half full and half empty.

it all depends on if ure drinking it like if its going down then its half empty. but if ure filling it up then its half full

If it has been filled and then half of the liquid has been evacuated, then it's half empty. If it was only filled up half way to begin with, it's half full. ...*eats ramen*...
