Since God is not a physical being, he would not be eating a burrito in the first place. However, if He wished to eat said burrito, not only could he nuke it to an infinitely hot temperature, but he could eat it as well. God is just that tough.

No, because then it would no longer be a burrito, once it gets past the temperature where the atoms can no longer hold themselves together all he'd have is a big mess in his microwave and a very angry wife ;)
