That answer that you gave as an example is what I call "pat answers" . A pat answer is an answer that does not address the question, but gives the bible believer an out so they don't have to be faced with a question they cannot answer.
One reason my beliefs started changing and I finally left Christianity is I could no longer use the pat answers I used to give and was forced to see the errors and contradictions in the bible.

GOD is not changing. Christ was always GODS plan to save wretches like you and I. Open your eyes.If you actually read these "contradictions"you will see they were made for us.Your supposed contradictions are just taken out of contexts.GOD loves us.He wants to be with us.What a sacrifice His own Son.

My view is that You contradict the teachings of the Bible and the Christian Faith because you only know a partial truth.
It's my guesstimate anyway.
Christ is our once and for all sacrifice. You got that right!

The bible can be interpreted in many ways all GOOD. It can not be twisted into things that are bad. Man wrote the bible with Gods help. If God wrote the bible, us mortal humans could not even interprete it.

jewish Laws of the old testament were jewish 'customs', man-made laws, there were like 600. because in the NT they are referred to as 'Traditions of man' not traditions of God ( i dont feel like looking it up, its in mark), but God is unchanging, same yesterday today and tomorow
