As long as it takes you to eat a pound of food. If your food of choice is ice cream, the weight will stay on unless you eat nothing else over the course of the day, thus the ice cream calories will burn up to supply your body with energy. The reason ice cream or any other fatty food is considered bad for your weight is because it burns up slower.

you could gain a pound very quickly. If you are familiar with Kobayashi...he eats probably 10-15 pounds of foot in a matter of minutes. Although not healthy, eating fat would probably be the fastest...something without water in it.

I look at food and gain 10 pounds. Want to trade? Good luck. You should eat healthy and exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat . So exercise and eating healthy is the best way to gain weight.

SUGAR SUGAR & McDonalds.
Eat there for at least a week and you'll for sure gain a pound.
Trust me, I ate there for some time and I started to notice that I was putting on some weight.
