As a teen I had clarivoient abilities. I woud have dreams of events weeks prior to them happening...Kind of like deja vu. After moving out of my parents house and in with my now husband, the abilities just dissipated. Every now and then I have the dreams but they are far and few between. Is there a why I can regain them or harnis them in some way or is there a way I can lear how to use them? I really would like it back and maybe stronger than before.

This has nothing to do with a monetary gain. I never told anyone except my husband about this gift. I would just like to have the abilities back; it was unusually comforting.

Spelling is not directly connected to one's talents or abilities unless those abilities and talents include literary works or teaching. I suppose I should not put my faith into people who choose to look for petty insults rather than to answer a question with seriousness and intelligence.

My parents have since sold and moved out of the house. So going back is next to impossible. I am beginning to think it was a combination of loaction and the life changing event due to I lived at home till I was about 20. So even though I was in college, I still had this ability up until I moved out

Many women often have strong abilities like this during their teen years. I had a similar experience to you. I think it's because during the teen years the hormone fluctuations make you more sensitive to your instincts and intuition. The older we get, the more *level* our hormones become, the less sensitive we become. There are methods to fine tune your intuition through meditation, vibrugatory exercises, and even divination exercises. I suggest looking into all three maybe?

IMO, things like clairvoyance and other special or contemplative abilities need peace, quiet and some solitude, at least for most people. Now that you're living w/someone, probably a lot of your energy is taken up on HIS needs, desires, conversation, activities w/him, etc.
I used to have "time trips", where I could vividly visit my past (not in a daydreaming way, but as if I was there)...or even what seemed to be others' past lives. After I married, they began to vanish and now I really miss them!
Try spending some time alone, just sitting and thinking. I bet your dreams will return!

A lot of people lose their abilities as they age, because we're taught "not to see". Wander around the New Age section of a bookstore and look for books specific to developing psychic abilities. Dream journals and meditation are a good idea as well. If you let your subconscious know that it's okay to dream again, so to speak, you might have some luck.

I have had similar experiences, because I use to have very lucid dreams when I was young allot of this seemed to real but have come to the conclusion there is nothing really special about dreams it is mostly subconscious for me now anyway. You could try a supplement melotonin and take a Vitamin B complex for more info you should check this site Good luck with your dream world experiences. Maybe there really is more to it.

I used to have dreams similar to what you described when I was a kid. I've lost most of mine too. I've attributed it to growing older & being brainwashed into the adult mindset that theres explanations for things. When your a kid, no one has told you how "things are supposed to work." So, you just take them for what they are. I think some part of my unconscience tells me to rationalize things.
I've always heard that clarivoiency is like a muscle. You have to exercise it. Be more open. Maybe if you keep a dream diary & go back over it periodicaly, you'll find you still have a little of the old spark. Maybe you've just chosen not to recognize it.

You have lost nothing. Everything is mind, and in our present focus, everything is connected to discipline. Like a muscle, your abilities (which we all have) need to be exercised; just before you fall asleep, give yourself suggestions that you will get back what you never lost. Tell yourself that you know they are still with you, and that you will dream as you did before, and even better.

Well there's probably three possibilities. One is, maybe your parents have something to do with it,so why don't you spend the week at your parents house.Another is, maybe your husband has something to do with it.Get a little time away from him.My last possibility is.....maybe since you grew older, your "powers" dissipated. So maybe it has something to do with your age.I am 11 so, maybe i am just being silly, but hey, it's worth a shot!

usually this kind of phenomena happens quite randomly , and very often during childhood and later life
but it tends to dissipate during teenage and adult years , as our mind has to focus on more material aspects
it may very well happen again at different times in your life , but as for making prophetic dreams happen , i dont think that can be done consiously

could the location have anything to do with this loss ? why not try going back and see if sleeping in your old room would help as the change of location may have some effect.
