Baked Ziti -

Brown 1 lb. of burger or sausage/burger combo.
Boil Penne noodles until they are almost done (just slightly less than al dente).
Combine meat and noodles in a large casserole.
Pour your favorite spaghetti sauce (I like Prego or Hunts) over the mixture.
Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 for about 30 min.
Voila! It's a nice alternative to spaghetti and is great served with salad and garlic bread. It's also great reheated.

Well last night for dinner I made hotdog mac n cheese .....but then I eat dinner with a 21 month old, a 3 yo and a 5 yo....if you have kids to please and don't want to wait forever for dinner here goes....

Boil a box of noodles...I used rotini to make it fun.....when they are done drain them and put them back inthe pan. Add 8-16 oz shredded cheddar....and about 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk....stir till creamy.....boil the dogs on the side and add them to the mixture and stir....turned out YUMMY!

I'm doing chicken that I smashed out thin and stuffed with a cream cheese/cheddar cheese mix, wrap all that in bacon, cook for 30min at 350, then broil for 10 or until bacon is crispy, serve with salsa or ranch or cream cheese mixed with sundried tomatos.

Since I'm in the northeast....it's starting to get cold when the sun goes down.

I think that sausage and pepper sandwiches would be perfect!
