Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day of walking, jogging, running, cycling, or some other kind of exercise such as these, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to your weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.

First....to lose weight you have to CUT THE JUNK FOOD OUT. Second...you want to lose the weight that bad, that should be your motivator. Third....it's completely mind control to stop eating late at night as well as the junk food. You just need to be able to determine how to control that. Fourth thing....you need to do cardio at least six days of week for an hour. (anything from running, stepper, elliptical, cycling, etc). Two to three times a week add in strength training. If you are 200lbs...cardio will help lose fat first. Make sure protein, good carbs, good fats, and veggies are in your diet. Make sure you portions are small when eating. Be sure to recognize the difference on servings, try to stick with 1 serving per meal, rather then 2 servings, because that is double the calories. Also important...count your calories. Try to consume 1200 calories a day that will help too. It's a lot of information, but try to keep a diary on what you eat and exercising. good luck

get rid of all the junk food in your home so it wont be a temptation then go to a heath food store and get better things to eat...get a pet a dog is good cause it gives you a reason to get up and go for walks....talk to you dr about your meds .. obviously they are not working if you are still waking at night
think of junk food as poison because that is exactly what it is ... and that is no joke
get up and be active... clean house turn on the radio and dance
