Have everyone try to draw a baby while putting the paper on top of their head. It is hard to do, but that's the fun of it. You get to judge which drawing is best and the winner gets a prize.

Buy some safety pins and have everyone pin 3 onto their shirt at the beginning of the baby shower. Tell them that they cannot cross their legs during the entire shower and if they notice someone does, call them on it and take one of their safety pins. At the end, whoever has the most safety pins wins.

Come up with a word scramble. Those are always fun. Use words connected to babies only...... ex: preiad = diaper

Have everyone write down baby names starting with the letters of your name. Read them out loud. It can be interesting to see what everyone comes up with.

Gather some baby things....... ex: pacifier, diaper rash cream, bibs, baby powder, soaps..... anything used for babies. Put all these things on a tray and walk around with the tray for everyone to see it. Tell them you will walk around with the tray for 5 minutes and when you walk out of the room with it, they can start to right down the things they remember were on the tray. The person who remembers the most wins!

Yeah you get some rice and then you buy some small safety pins and you mix it in with the rice, then you give each lady 15 seconds to try and get as many safety pins as they can without them looking at it, have your mom or someone else hold the bowl while the girls are trying to get the pins , i have to admit it is really hard to tell the difference from the rice and safety pins lol. Also you get a roll of Toilet paper and YOU stand in front of your guests and they cut out the piece of tp that they think is the size of your belly (example: your belly all the way around is 9 squares) After everyone has cut their pieces of toilet paper have your mom take you away and measure your belly with the toilet paper and when you get back you give them how many squares and the closest or if anybody has the same exact number wins.

OH yes!!!!! Ive thrown 6 baby showers, and they are always a huge success. My favorite game has always been, whats in the diaper? Get like six diapers, and six different candy bars. Put one candy in one of the diapers, and put it in the microwave for a minute or two. Let it get all mushy. Take the diaper out, and close it up as if it were a actually dirty diaper, and SMUSH!!!!!!! Do this with all six diapers. Make a cute paper on the computer, and print out the Dirty Diaper game, with six different answer slots. Label the diapers 1-6, and let your guests try to guess the candy bar in the dirty diaper. It is hilarious. People sniffin dirty diapers. IT IS SO FUNNY. Theres also the baby food relay. Put different varietys of baby food in paper bag. Have 2 teams. Every member of the team has to go to the bag pull out a baby food and eat it. Whoevers team is done first wins. Another is Scramble baby words, and have them unscramble them, on their own papers. Get to know mommy is also a good one, where you ask questions to see who know the mommy best, on their own papers. I got lots more, but not enoughh room. So good luck and congratulations. when i was pregnant, i worked in an office and they started a baby pool. the put the month i was due on a piece of paper, divided each day from 12 am to 12 pm, then 12 pm to 12am and everyone took a guess on when i would actually deliver. they paid a dollar or two for each guess. the winner got half the money, and the mom got the other half..it was fun..my sister won wierdly enough..have fun

The baby clothes pins is always fun. You place as many baby clothes pins as possible onto a hanger so that they are hanging down. With only one hand, (the other behind their back) your guests have to see how many they can hold in their hand without dropping any. It is really fun to watch people stuggle and try to keep from dropping them. It is amazing how many one hand can hold.
Also, the cotton ball game is fun and inexpensive!
Have your guest one at a time hold a large empty bowl/container on their head with one hand and hold a spatula in the other hand. Place a bowl filled with cotton balls in front of them. The object is to carefully scope the cotton balls from the bowl (using the spatula) into the bowl on top of their head. It is so fun to watch them carefully try to transport them and because cotton is so light, they can not tell how many are on the spatula....many times there are none and they are transporting nothing but air...It's fun. Of course, the winner has the most cotton balls in the bowl on their head.

One game that I had with both my kids was the Toilet paper game. You get a new roll of TP and the guest at the party guess how many squares it takes to fit around your tummy.

Also a great idea is an advise book. Just get a simple little note book and pass it around to everyone and ask them to date it and put their advise for parenting.

I just had my babyshower lst month and my friend did a game where she put little babies(found at craft stores) in ice cubes and gave everybody one and the first person whose ice cube melted and they were holding the baby yells my water broke. Have fun and CONGRATULATIONS!

a piece of paper and a pencil you equip each guest with. they try on top of their head to draw a baby. you tell them to draw the body, then the head, arms, legs, etc.... whatever you want. they have to keep the paper on top of their head and not look where it goes, the closet to looking like a baby wins the prize.
or
you take baby pictures of your daughter, blown them up and cut them into large size pieces to a puzzle. who ever puts the picture puzzle together wins the prize, you can also let them quess the age of the picture for a bonus prize.

At my baby shower we played a game were you fill diaper with different food items. Who every opens the one with poop (chocolate pudding) wins a prize. You can also ask everyone for name suggestions and have everyone say the name that they wrote down.
