I know you are asking specifically for photoshop.
However, as you may know, it is NOT a free program, and getting it free is not legal. If that doesn't bother you, then I guess other users have explained enough how to get it.
Just FYI though, here are some totally free programs, which will do a lot of the things you are probably looking to do. Try a few and see which ones fit your specific needs.

I'm a graphic designer and photoshop is my loyal buddy when I am at work. It's the leading software for photo editing and I use it to for all my projects. With photoshop you can to edit images, retouch pictures, make photo collages, apply effects, filters, add frames, text, etc. It can be difficult to use it if you are a newbie, but if you just need to do simple editing (e.g. resize and crop images, change colors) it's still the best tool to use.

You can type in your browse or search bar free photoshop download and it should pull up a list.

First open download.com and then search for azureus download it and install it then open www.mininova.org or meganova.org and search for photoshop with creak its torrent side download it torrent with good number of seed and after downloading it open it through Azureus...
Note: you need to have Java Virtual Machine (JVM) or JRE on your machine before opeing azureus coz its written in java...

Just do what I did...find someone who has it and get a bootleg copy from them (don't forget the key).
