The Flaming Dr. Pepper is a flaming cocktail that is said to taste like the soft drink Dr Pepper, although it does not contain any.
It is usually made by filling a shot glass 3/4 full with Amaretto, and 1/4 Bacardi 151 (or everclear) to make it flammable. The shot is then lit on fire and dropped into a glass of beer, which is then quickly consumed. A common variation is to use amaretto and Kahlua.

Check out the one at www.drinksmixer.com~it contains alcohol but all of the recipes I found do. They do not contain Dr Pepper as the name implies but several types of alcohol mixed together & set aflame. It is suppose to taste like Dr Pepper thus the name!
Hope this helps!
