for 3 yeas i've been using windows and i heard that there is some other operating systems like mac what is it ?? can i use instead of windows ??

Mac OS is the operating system for the Macintosh computers. It probably will not work on a PC, or at best very poorly.
If you want an alternative OS, you could try the UNIX world. There are many variants but they work very much the same. Most are pricey but LINUX is free. If you have been working strictly in Windows, you will find that these are aimed at keyboard specialists. They do come with GUI interfaces, but their strength lies in the greater variability of the written word as opposed to the point and shoot characteristics of Windows.
If you are interested but unsure, try operating your computer in DOS mode for a while and see if suits your style. I have no idea how to get here (Yahoo Answers) from DOS since my ISP is strictly GUI.

Mac OS = Macintosh Operating System. It is for Macs not PCs. An alternative OS for PCs is Linux. There are many flavors (distributions) Ubuntu is good to start with. www.ubuntu.com

It is the greatest operating system in the world. Unfortuantely for you, the Mac OS will not run on a PC. You will need a Macintosh for that.
