Tortilla chips, melted cheese, hamburger meat, jalapeno peepers, sour cream
Just add the cheese to the tortillas, and topped with sour cream and jalapenos, my husband likes adding re-fried beans too.
The cheese you can find it at any store, it can be american or white, melt it before serving it into the tortillas.

Nachos are great and easy.
If you want just cheesy nachos, take some plain Doritos or Tostitos and spread them out in a pan, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake in 425 oven until cheese is melted. (only takes a minute or 2) Don't let burn.
If you want to be more creative, start with the chips, then sprinkle with refried beans, cooked hamburger meat, cheese, and salsa. Bake as directed above.
yumyum...just don't microwave them...they taste better in the oven.
(You can go the easy route and nuke velveeta and salsa together to make a great dip)

Nacho shredded cheese.
refried beans
salsa
sour cream
lettece
your other favorite toppings
layer the meat beans and cheese over the chips and microwave for a minute. then add all the other toppings over that, oh MY GOD! It tastes so good!

Wow! Do you mean recipe?
If you're asking how to make nachos in the microwave.
Just put your favorite chip on a plate, add some shredded cheese and nuke until it melts. You can add Taco meat, lettuce, etc...sour cream and all that.

"Never-Better Nachos" - 2 servings
16-20 plain tortilla chips
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped olives (optional)
Cooked bacon pieces (optional)
Sliced green onion (scallion)-optional
Sour cream or taco sauce
Spread tortilla chips in a single layer in a 15x10x1" baking pan. Sprinkle cheese over chips. Sprinkle with olives, bacon pieces and green onion, if you like. Bake at 400* for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with sour cream or taco sauce.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Arrange tortilla chips on a microwave-safe pizza plate; sprinkle cheese over chips. Sprinkle with olives, bacon and onion. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
"Mucho-Gusto Munchies" (2 treats in 1):
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 (9 oz.) can bean dip
2/3 cup sour cream dip with chives
1 small tomato; chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Corn chips
Line a salad plate with HALF of the lettuce; spoon bean dip over lettuce. Spread HALF of the sour cream over the bean dip; sprinkle with HALF of the tomato, HALF of the cheese, and HALF of the olives. Serve with corn chips. Makes 2-4 servings.
(SECOND TREAT: One 3 oz. can deviled ham, two 6" flour tortillas or 2 taco shells. For roll ups, evenly divide deviled ham and remaining sour cream dip between tortillas or taco shells. Sprinkle remaining lettuce, tomato, cheese and olives on top; roll up each tortilla. Wrap in plastice wrap; chill. Makes 2 servings.)
"Rio Grande Nachos" - Serves 4-6
1 (16 oz.) bag tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups refried beans
1 tomato; chopped (optional)
1 onion; chopped (optional)
1 jalapeno; seeded and minced (optional)
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
Creamy Guacamole (recipe follows)
Preheat oven to 375*. Spread out the tortilla chips on a baking sheet; spoon refried beans onto the chips. Add the vegetables, if desired. Sprinkle the cheese over and bake 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve with salsa and guacamole.
CREAMY GUACAMOLE: (2 cups)
3 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lime
1 small onion; chopped
1 crushed garlic clove
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup salsa (store-bought or Pico de Gallo - recipe follows)
Peel and chop the avodados and place the pieces in a small mixing bowl (reserve 1 of the pits). Using a fork, mash the avocado until you have a creamy mixture; stir in lime juice. Add onion, garlic, pepper and salt; mix well. If you'd like your guacamole to be mild, omit the salsa. Otherwise, add store-bought or Pico de Gallo to the avocado mixture to give the guacamole a bite. This is best served within an hour or so of making it, since it browns quickly. Put the reserved avocado pit in the guacamole to slow this process.
PICO DE GALLO: (2 1/2 cups)
3 to 4 medium-size ripe tomatoes; chopped (2 cups)
1 small onion; finely chopped
1 crushed garlic clove
1 jalapeno; seeded and minced
1/3 cup cilantro (parsley); chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover bowl with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to mix. This salsa is best served fresh, though it keeps for 2-3 days covered in the refrigerator.
