yes, haircut because if you get the highlights first you will pay for them and they will be cut off.

Highlight and then cut. Why would you remove your damaged ends with a cut, and re-damage them with highlights? You'd already be due for another cut. Hair should always be trimmed after completing any chemical service, as the ends of the hair are the most porous, and therfore, the easiest damaged. Good luck, hope this helps!!!

No I would get the hightlight first and then a cut, but important have them pull your hair through a cap when highlighting to make it look more natural, foil looks patchy.

Personally, I would highlight my hair and then cut it so that all of the dead ends will be cut off from the bleach/dye. It looks better because if you have highlighted your hair before than the ends are not 2 different colors.

depends... highlights are cheeper in shorter hair but if you are just getting a trim I would advise highlights then haircut to cut off the dead ends created by the highlighting.

I would think you should get the hightlights first because there is bound to be some brakage. That way there is no need to get your hair cut shorter then you realy want it.

No.. get highlight first because sometimes the streaks don't run all the way to the bottom... my aunt is a stylist and she always does the highlights first!
Good luck!

im not sure if it matters because your hair is short, i would do highlights then cut because it caused split ends when i did it the other way around, but best advise is to not highlight your hair its a pain in the butt!!

I'm not a guy but I would cut my hair first. You want a style that will go well with your highlights.Believe it or not sometimes if you cut your hair very differently highlights might not look as well as they should.
