If you need shelves alone, it is better to make them yourself. or ask a handyman if it is even possible.
You will have an easier time looking for, and finding ready made medicine cabinets, so consider it time to replace your old one.
You will get the most choices with the bigger stores such as Costco, Lowes, PriceCLub, Sears, and even Walmart,
I fyou do not like those ordinary run of the mill medicine cabinets, go to specialty places

your local hardware store sells medicine cabinets and so does home depot and Lowe's they should also supply shelves for them if not ask them what u could use for shelves and/or make your own cabinet so u can make it look however u want instead of the usual plain wall box

I have made them before, I work in a custom fabrication shop.If you like polished stainless try a fab shop.
