A PDA is a Personal Digital Assistant. It's otherwise known as a BlackBerry or a Palm Pilot. It is a small, handheld computer that can be used to store contacts, send e-mails, manage an agenda, and more.

PDA refers to Public Displays of Affection... holding hands, kissing, etc.. in public. (As a rule I try to avoid it.. no one wants to see all that! Get a room for Pete's sakes! LMAO!)
PDA can also refer to a little hand held computer, usually a Palm or something.
Hope that clears things up!

Public Displays of Affection, like kissing in a public place like a mall or something.
Or if there are some computer geeks around it could be a Palmpilot or something used for organizing.
