I think is a coworker is serious about liking you, they will make an effort to become your friend and get to know you. More than flirting and trying to make themselves feel good, they will ask how your day is going and what they can do to make you smile. Some non-verbal signs include gazing into your eyes, getting into your personal space, smiling, trying to make you smile, and just spending time with you. well I would say ask other co workers or just notice the tell tail signs if it is a woman they get a little more friendly in one on one circumstances if a male., well that isn't to hard to figure out !
