"Hey. I know you're about to move but I've had my eye on you and I wanted to know if you would like to get together after work for some drinks and maybe dinner?" I would love for a woman to be that straight forward with me instead of beating around the bush with stupid signals like staring and laughing. That stuff is garbage, ladies. Men want you to say what's on your mind.

Start with, "Do you want to go out?"
Everything leading up to that point should receive a "yes" to that question. If you are not sure the guy will say yes, work harder on the relationship before you ask that question.
