You can't "make her" do anything she doesn't want to do yet, or it's called date rape. Don't ever try to push a girl into any sort of sexual activity, especially if she hasn't done anything like that before. Just be patient.
What you mean is, how do you increase her attraction to you. Be a gentleman. Give her sincere compliments on her beauty and appeal. Tell her why she is unique and special to you. Remember, when she feels beautiful and sexy on the inside, then she'll be ready to express it on the outside (with you).
Also, remember that you can't go from 0 to 60 with a girl - you can't just walk her into a dark room and start groping; you have to build up to it by holding her hand, hugging her, giving her little smiles when you kiss her. These little touches throughout the day are what put a woman in the mood by night.
