Normall at the print prompt, only one copy of a doc is printed, if you need more than one you have to set it up but this document always print two copies by default. it is a bulky document and its always frustrating to start cancelling the second copy which is not needed.

Don't just click on the print icon on the tool bar. Choose Print... command from the main menu next time. It will open a dialog box where you can input 1 for one copy.

Go to file, print setup, and change the number of copies from 2 to 1.

Check the Print settings. Open that Exel sheet, click on File -- Print and check the No of copies to be print.

When you go to your menu under file and hit print, the print screen comes up. To the right on this screen, does it show 2 copies to be printed?
