Actually Atheism is a belief in God. In fact, the very name proves His existence. In other words, could one separate themselves from something that does not exist? Why would they need to if there is no God? Is it just because so many Christians believe in a God? What would a dye-in-the wool atheist care about that if they are so certain no God exists? Yet, since God does exist, then an atheist has a purpose and goal in separating from Him.
So, if there was no God, then what purpose and goal does atheism have? None. But since God exists then atheism has reason for existence, you should thank God even for that. So, you see an atheist cannot say there is No-God and be convincing or true. If there is no God then they have nothing to rest their convicitions on.
May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of His face shine upon you.
God's and your beast of burden

Because it's like saying a belief in no unicorns is your religion. Or christianity is a belief in No Zeus.
Provide sufficient evidence for a god and atheists will believe.
Demonstrate lack of evidence for a god, and believers will continue to believe anyway.

Because you are trying to use rhetoric to trick an atheist into stating that atheism is a belief in something, which it is not.
Atheism is the LACK of belief that a god exists.

Its not a belief, its a non-belief. Why do atheists want to belong to a religion? Does calling it a religion or a belief make it feel better or what?

Because we don't have a belief that god does not exist, we know it for a fact.

We Christians believe in God by faith.
Atheists don't believe in God, but they can't prove He doesn't exist, so they also believe BY FAITH.
A faith-based belief is a RELIGION.
Thus, atheism is indeed a religion. And since you can't prove your religious beliefs, you atheists are exactly what you accuse us Christians of being.

The reason I think it can't be said is, that if something isn't real or true then it is false, therefore making that statement to be said this way: Atheist have a Unbelief in God.
The Bible has always proven that the Atheist Unbelief is not proven, therefore making the Atheist wrong in their unbelief of the Almighty, Self-Existing God.

Because there's no such thing as a belief in no-leprechauns.
You either believe in a god or you don't.
You don't "believe in no god". Atheism is a lack of a belief... You either HAVE the belief in god, or you DON'T have it. Atheism is NOT having it.
...get it?
