Well obviously, that's what a healthy diet consists of. They can also suggest recipes that are appealing to you and exactly which fuits, veggies, meats, fishes, etc are the best for your body type and your weight/health goals. There's more to it than just eating the right foods. Portions are very important as well. If you can't afford a dietician, then just eating the good foods is a great way to start.
