I make mine with egg, milk and ritz crackers. I know salmon is good for me, but I have only canned and a bunch of it. Will I lose weight?

well the ritz crackers have alot of fat and salt and in them...try some other low fat or fat free cracker, bread crumbs or oatmeal are a lower fat option..are you using low fat or fat free milk? and only the egg white ?..which is alot healthier than the whole egg ...and lots of herbs..the egg is the binder...the i dry fry them in a non stick skillet in the summer 6-7 mins on each side...and in the winter i bake them 450 degree oven ..turn over...till crisp and brown on both sides ..you can broil them also till brown on both sides

It really depends on how many of those delicious sounding patties you consume in one day. Losing weight is about numbers. The more calories you consume, the more excersise you need to do to lose weight. A well balanced diet and regular excersise will help you to lose weight, or not to gain weight. Monitor portion sizes when preparing meals. Was that 5 or 6 patties??
