i have pretty big hips and idk wut is wrong.. like it really bothers me too and considering my friends are all small framed.. ((hip wise )) i feel so self concious!!!!!!!! wut should i do.. do yoo no an exercise i could use to get them away ????? ! .. they r bony too! -l0l-

Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day of walking, jogging, running, cycling, or some other kind of exercise such as these, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to your weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.

You don't.

Assuming you're female, its hardly a bad thing besides. There was a time... long ago.... when women with big hips were the very best kind to have. I'd consider it ironic (and rather amusing) if you're so set against it.... since there are plenty of folks much like myself out there who strongly favour such attributes.

But then... its not as if it makes a difference. If its in the bones (which it seems to be), you can't do anything about it but learn to live with it. If however its in the flesh and not the bones.... well... Doing plenty of running (or knees-up jogging) should smooth it out.

Right.
I still say you're better off like that.

If you have wide hip bones, you can't change that. If you lose weight, you will still have wide hip bones, but a flat butt to go with them and you don't want that!

Did you know that wider hips are sign of fertility and femininity? Also studies show that women that store fat on their hips as opposed to their abdomens are far more healthy. Higher amounts of hip fat with less abdominal fat puts you at less risk of heart disease and diabetes. It is a proven fact, so you are extremely lucky! HTH : )

Try an exercise program for your lower body like buns of steel. Aerobics might help too. Good luck!

Try not to eat things which have fat and mostly Pizza and burgers and do some workout like walk and running... hope full you have see a change in your physical personality..
