Good Question!
Well Both fighters have varying fighting styles:
Mayweather is lightning fast and systematic (as when he fought Zab Judah),
Winky is methodical and a logic fighter ( as when he fought Jermaine Taylor).
I think Winky has Mayweather beat in power, but Mayweather has much faster hand speed and just as good in stalking his opponent .
I see it going down to a decision, with Mayweather winning.

Danny - Wright would outslick and out box Mayweather fairly easily. We're talking about a natural super featherweight/lightweight going up against a man who fought his whole career as a jr. middle/middle. Because of the size advantage if Mayweather was able to find Wright and connect with some punches Winky would just shrug them off.
Amen Brad Amen.

i would love to see this one. i've always thought wright was underrated. he's not known as a heavy puncher, but he he has the speed & skills to connect on mayweather. and that just might be enough. winky wouldnt be intimidated(or moved) by floyd's flurries. mayweather isnt used to getting hit a lot. here he would be. if floyd is everything they say he is, he loses a decision. if not, winky by late tko.

I don't think winky has the power to knock floyd out, but I think winky would tangle him up pretty good. Wright by unanimous decision.

I've discussed this many times with a friend of mine. Notice that Mayweather (nobody else for that matter) is not in any hurry to fight Wright.
Let's see how Floyd does at 147 first, before we start thinking about Floyd at 154. It might just be a bridge too far for him.

It will just be like a Replay of Wright versus Mosley Fight.
Mayweather is great, but Wright is also.
As the saying goes in Boxing, " A great big man always beat the Great Little Man!"
Winky UD 12 That is because Wright lacks power in his fist.

Winky by a mile.
He's just too big, too strong, too slick, and got too much "D".
It would probably look like a lopsided Mosley fight.
I'd like to see Winky go up and beat those Europeans.
