Pasta w/ my special sauce. Here's the recipie:

Chop up 5 cloves of garlic, 1/2 a red onion, 2 sprigs of rosemary
Simmer the onion, rosemary, and a pinch of sage in a few tablespoons of olive oil
Add the garlic and fry some more
Add some chopped cherry tomatoes and a litre of passata or canned tomatoes
Simmer for 15 mins to reduce
Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste
Serve over fresh pasta

Beef wellington. Served with roast potatoes, veg, and some thick gravy. I can taste it now.

When I was a kid I loved toad-in-the-hole and still do, but Beef wellington is just top of the list.

They never seem to sell it in restaurants though. Why is that?
