You're only 15. Your parents aren't much help are they? Can you go talk to you school counsellor about your problems? If you dropped out of school then you could try calling CHIMO or something like that. There must be kids help phone numbers for people like you that can assist you in better ways than anyone on this forum can. You just need to reach out and connect with someone that can deal with your problems (and Paul's). Good luck.
