It depends on wether you want to go directly or indirectly. Directly is easy to understand, just walk up to her, preferably when she's alone, and tell her you like her.
Indirectly, you should maybe leave her a message in her locker or something like that, which says everything. Maybe do it on an occasion like her birthday, christmas, easter or valetine's day, where you can give a present as well. That's all, just whatever you do don't do it by text or phone.
