Only if you're particularly prone to getting Acne in the first place. Its not going to make any normal person suddenly break out in spots....

Then again, I can't imagine that it'd make all that much of a difference in any case, unless its making you sweat more... and thus clogging more pores.
I know I've been getting more spots recently because my electric razor is acting up.... and every potential tiny cut it makes in my skin can become a spot because gunk gets inside...

Anyway... provided you don't totally overdo it on the sweets.... wash your face regularly (though remember: grease isn't soluble in water... so either use plenty of soap all over or use some form of alcohol-based cleansing substance) ... and make sure you're actually getting the food IN your mouth rather than around it..... you should be fine.

Eating a healthy well balance meal does help your skin. By eating to much junk food does cause some people to break out. But having the right skin cleaning systems helps to prevent breakouts. You can try Clear. Now™ Skin Care System which you can find it at: mthompson4.qbeautyzone.com
