I've liked this guy for 10 years. He's gone off to college and I'm still at home. I still care for him. What should I do?

Depends.
Is the feeling mutual? Were you together before he went away? If so...talk to him about your feelings and see if he still feels the same way. If you both decide to, try the long distance thing. It doesn't always turn out bad. If it doesn't work, then you'll never have to live with the what if ?. If it does work out then you'll have a great story to tell your children.
If he doesn't know how you feel, why not? You'll never know what may come of it unless you give it a shot. He's bound to come home at some point. Right? Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner. Make sure you "bump" into him while he's in town. Ask him out to coffee to hear all about campus life. See where it leads.
If you give it the old college try, and fail....move on. It's tough, but it's gotta be done. You have to realize that you are too good to sit on a shelf getting all dusty. Get out there and find a man who can't wait 10 minutes to see you, much less 10 years.

Tell him. You've liked him way too long to not have said anything. I liked a guy for 4 years and never said anything. Like someone told me, what's the worst that can happen? If he doesn't like you then you can move on with your life but if he does, then you can get together and really get to know him and see if liking him was really worth it. Aside from the fact that he probably already knows. I know the guy I liked did. Just tell him, either way it goes it's a weight off your shoulders. And just think if you don't tell him and he gets with someone else, that could hurt you for a long time. So don't wait until it's too late.

Awh, I think you should love him! If you were in love with him for ten years, and never moved on. Then there has to be a reason why. I think you need to go and tell him your feelings for him, becuase maybe he feels the same way about you. That and you never want to live your life wondering if your life would be different if you told him that you loved him! So go for it girl!!!

Call him up, write him a letter, send him a card. Chances are you know when his birthday is - send him a birthday card or a "just because" card. You don't have to wait for him to talk to you. Just do some subtle things like the cards or letters, and see if he is interested. If he isn't interested, you are going to have to let him go - he may not share your feelings.

if ur in a relasionship with him, stick with it.
if u just like him, and he doesnt like you back, try and get over it. i know thats easier said then done but eventually ull find the right guy.
