can i lubricate a new exercise bike without ruining the resistance system of the bike ??

because the pedals of the stationary bike that i just bough are not moving at all they are very stiff and tough

please help me with your tips and answers

Are you sure there resistance is off when you try to pedal? if you are, call the manufacturer before you do anything. You dont want to oil it and void your warranty and then it's ruined.
