just wait till hes single again.
its so fricken annoying to the girlfriend when there is another girl all over her man. believe me, ive had to deal with him.
you will also end up annoying the guy. hes trying to have a relasionship with someone and if hes really into her he doesnt want to have a girl coming after him. he may not be flirting with you, he could just be a friendly guy and ur taking it the wrong way.

I would leave him alone b/c if he has a girlfriend and is flirting with you then he's not good news. if you got with him what's to stop him from flirting with someone else as well. Or he could just be a flirt who likes to play on women's emotions. Either way it goes, he's no good news. B/c if he was about something he'd stop flirting and actually approach you seriously.

It would be a good idea to stop flirting with this guy because you know he has a girl friend but it never hurts to be a friend to him so that way know ones heart will be broken.
