the same happened to me. I had to go to my stylist and she cut my hair 2 inches. Yes it's shorter but I still look okay. The rest is up too me. Anyhow, you have to take it easy on your stress. Exercise. Go on http://www.freecycle.org to ask for a treadmill or exercise video. Relax more and everything will turn out okay. I hope. Eat more vegetables(food that gives your body protein) Take mulit vitamins daily. There is another vitamin you can also take, it's for your hair nails and skin....I buy both at walmart....One Source is the brand...take care and good luck

You need to get rid of the stress that's causing your hair to fall out. In the meantime, take some more vitamins heck you could even change your shampoo to a more thickening one to see if that helps. I hope you stop being stressed soon.

You've got to try and relax. When this happened to me the only thing that helped was an activity that helped reduce the stress in my life. Medically I don't know if theres anything you can do.

First go see your health care specialist, hair stylist are not qualified for medical advice.
