When we were together he wasnt all that good of a boyfriend but i saw that he changed and i want to give us a second try. So how do i tell them that? how can i get them to say it'll be okay? HOw can i get them to trust us again? Please HELP!!!

Just tell them that, the same you say in here that you want to give him a second chance, but with self confidence, as showing you are mature and you know what you're doing. In the way you tell them, would be the difference of the reaction. If still they don't show to be in agreement with your getting back let them know that you already made the decision and the won't be able to do anything to stop you and you are the one that assume the responsibility and the one who will suffer if thing don't come the way you want...

hey it sounds like we have been in the same place but a Little bit diff anyways it was my girlfriend that did it and my parents were acting stupid about it. anyways i think you should talk to them and tell them that if he does screw up again then so be it that's risk you got to take you have to live and learn my the mistakes because you parents arent always going to be there to protect you and if they do it all the time now and don't let you live and learn by your mistakes then you aren't going to know what to do when you don't have them anymore. also tell ask if they can just try to meet him again a little bit at a time till they see that he is trust worthy and he want be sucha a fag towards you.
by the way if you don't want to talk talk to them write it in a letter to them but be respectful and don't get loud or smart about it and see what happens.

I would explain to them that you and your boyfriend have worked on making some changes and that you would like to give it one more shot. Let them know that you know that the past relationship was not a good one and that you admit you may be setting yourself up for another fall but that you will not know if you do not try and if you do not try then it may be something you regret for the rest of your life. Hopefully they will understand that this is something that you want to do to make yourself happy...they want you happy too. You may not be able to say that it is "okay" but even if they dont just ask them for their support.

I would just tell him straight up, Vicki that you would like to give him and chance and would like to get back to him. Just a word of caution, though, Vicki, and that is for you to be careful, and the reason for that is because you can very easily get burned and hurt.

how old are you that you need your parents approval? and if you are under age maybe you can have your boyfriend tell them with you so thay see he has changed and is serious. good luck and be sure your making the right choice...

i think that you should just tell them. if you think that if want to give him a second chance then you do it. there not in the relationship its yall two not you your man and your parents so just tell the yall back together

HONESTLY ITS REALLY NOT UP TO YOUR PARENTS WHETHER OR NOT YOU SHOULD BE WITH HIM. ITS YOUR CHOICE, THEY SHOULD ACCEPT WHOEVER IT IS THAT YOU BRING INTO YOUR HOME. ITS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT THEY MIGHT NOT "LIKE"HIM ANYMORE BC OF PAST INSTANCES BUT THEY SHOULD GIVE HIM ANOTHER CHANGE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO.
