I have PSP X; there is no way I know of that can return an original color photo turned into B&W back to original. You might try the colorize feature but that will not really do the myraid of colours in the original shot.
It is recommend now to take all your shots in colour because you can easily turn them into B&W, Sepia, etc with this program.
The key was when you turned the photo into B&W was to 'Save As...' using another name so the original would always be available to you.

I'm pretty sure that there isn't one. When converting color to b&w, it's a matter of stripping information (the color, but not value) out of the picture. To take something from b&w to color, however, the computer would have to CREATE those colors from scratch, and I don't think they can quite do that.

No, because once you remove the color from the photo, it loses all the color data of the photo.

Its a private situation, count on if any greater suitable good factors you choose in XI, individually, in case you basically prefer to edit photos, resize them , use PainShop7, its quickly and extremely good.
