There's no fixing straw, dead grass can't come back to life and neither can burnt out hair. Cut it off before it blinds you by stabbing you in an eye. Or just tell people your having a bad straw day.

If you have split ends a hair cut is first. Then if you still have split ends try apple cider vinager on the ends (leave it on for a while). Hot oil treatments for hair and leave in conditioners.
Some home remedies also instead of the hot oil treatments is putting in mayonaise in the hair or mashed avacado. With either rub and put on hair all over then pin hair up out of way. Leave on for at least an hour.

Any of the suggestions so far will work. However, if you don't have alot of money, you can use mayonaisse. Just leave it on for about an hour and rinse. It is also helpful to use a leave-in conditioner. Comes in a spray and you can buy it anywhere. Also, if you color or perm frequently, this WILL dry and damage your hair. Give your hair a break for a little while. Hope this helps.

May sound messy, but it works. Massage warm olive oil into your hair, smoothing it out to the tips. Wrap your hair into a towel soaked in hot water, or, better still, an electric cap (I don't know the right word in English). After 10 or so minutes, wash with DETERGENT - yes, washing-up liquid - once. If your hands still feel greasy, repeat once more. DON'T use a hair dryer. Let it dry naturally. That works for me. Repeat every 4 or 5 days. From Brazil.

Psssssst wurzzle,
Thing is, your hair is actually straw. So you really need to perhaps change it for Hay or perhaps get your self a trendy wig. There are several good wiggy sites on the Internet, find them by doing a word search.
I have a hair problem my self and have found an inexpensive way of solving the problem. IN ONE SIMPLE WORD........... KNITTING!!!!! ohhhhhh yes knitting your own hair is, or could be the answer to your problems, after all AUNT SALLY does it and shes stunning. And perhaps she will look more kindly upon your peggly nose. You could knit one for each of your heads and you will be set for life.

When I had a lot more hair it was dry so was told to apply warm olive oil, rubbed in, absolutely soak it in and cover then leave over night. Wash off in morning. Do it once a week. I found it helped.
Then again that was when I had more hair, something here doesn't add up. Oh crap!

get some cantu conditioner put it in your hair and sit under a dryer for about 15 mins with a shower cap on. Rinse and use a daily conditioner from Pantene that matches your hair type and/or needs. most of them work good.

Wet it, then gently massage in raw egg. Leave it on (but not long enough for the egg to dry) about 3 or 4 minutes, and then wash it off with COLDish water. If you use warm-to-hot water, you'll have scrambled egg in your hair, one of the worst things for combing out!!
Try a variation on Cleopatra - wash it with whole milk or cream, then rinse out with tepid water.
