shes going to go clean up- redo makeup, put fresh lipgloss on, pee, wash her hands, etc.

It's a secret! hehehe It just means she is going to 'freshen up' which could mean a lot of different things to different women. Examples: powder her nose, touch up make up, use restroom, take a shower, wipe off dirt, put of cologne, etc. Or it could just be an excuse to get away in private for a moment.

It means that she is going to reapply her make-up..apply a little more perfume if needed ...and to clean up DOWN there....I know thats what I mean when i say..I will be right back..or I need to freshen up a bit.

With me it means either two things: have to do makeup, or are calling a friend to help get her out of the date. Usually the first one, mainly to get away for a minute and compose yourself.

Usually means she is running to the bathroom to make sure her makeup is still good. And of course to use the bathroom. It would be crude to actually say "I am going to the bathroom".

she is going to fix her makeup, us the washroom, or she might just wants to find a reason to leave the table for a minute to talk to her friends on the phone about you. It all depends on the person.
