first thing is don't listen to that one guy that said stalk him that would make me like weirded out.but i think you should take part of his advice like to email him or you could write him a letter or just go talk to him try to have lunch with him associate with him and then maybe he will figure it out find out some of his interest and dislikes and show him how crazy yo are about him but don't go over board with it.

in first place if you don't know if he likes you why don't ask him if he likes you. then if he say no well try to dress up pretty talk to him nice and probably he'll start liking you. try to show him you really like him.

talk to him and makre witty jokes. looking good all the time doesn't hurt either.
