Not all girls like being tickled. For me personally I would much rather a guy that likes me start a conversation with me than tickle me.

It really depends on how well she knows you. If she really does not know you all that well, it might not be a good idea. If you are both in the flirting stage, go for it.
Just keep in mind that the most important thing is respect. Do not over-tickle her. Do not dig your fingers in too deeply. Do not tickle her in front of other guys. If she says stop - stop. As long as you always strive to make it fun for both of you, keep her happy and comfortable, and show that you do respect her - it should be okay.
One other thing to keep in mind, too... Lots of children have been tickle-tortured as children (especially little girls) and they can develop a fear, phobia, or genuine hatred of tickling and being tickled. If she reacts harshly, be sure to apologize and respect her.

dont say tickle her becaue that sounds childish. make her laugh b y being yuorself that cant possbile go bad unless she just doesnt like you
