You start to talk to her, just say things, like what kind of day, did you have today? Give her your phone number, or email address.

I think that maybe if you spend time with her then maybe things will happen only time can tell. IF she knows you then maybe she knows that youare shy. But I would just try talking to her if you like her then proceed bye asking her out.
