my wife who is overly obese was on a flight from boston to paris. as she is 34 stone she had to pay for two seats instead of one. halfway thru the flight she recieved her free meal and complimentary drink. she informed the stewardess that as she had paid for two tickets she was entitled to 2 free meals and 2 complmentary drinks. while i try my best to curtail my wifes horrendous eating habits, i totally agree with her on this occasion. as the stewardess refused to give my wife her second meal that she was entitled to is it the stewardess i sue or the airline itself. unfortunately since this incident happend 6 months ago my wife has now passed on. her funeral cost me $10,000 + ( the size of her coffin, a jcb to dig the hole and the tons of fried chicken to feed her monsterous sized family at the wake.) i could do with the bucks to pay off the huge debt fat ***** left me with. what do you think????

just came up with the prefect solution for the both of us .....what you should do is dig the fat **** up and sell her to the Japanese, they love to go whale hunting so you should get top dollar for all her blubber......also sue the airline and get that skinny goodlooking sexy airline stewardess the sack ....

I doubt you can sue, what are you suing for the $15 for the meal? I think you'd have a hard time proving any type of enotional distress, expecially since the person that may have suffered it is no longer alive. However if you voice your complaint to the airline you might get a percentage off your next flight. It might also have them relook at their policy.

Unfortuantly you cant sue an airline because they did not serve a meal. They are fully entitled to not derve somone meals, drinks/arcohol, ect.

If you did take it on, you will have a bigger debt as the judge would say its just some crappy airline food get over it.

Just tellin the truth

I think you have a unique way of mourning your loss. However, I believe you sue the airline, the stewardess is just an employee following the airlines' procedures.

I'd sue 'em for fattie discrimination against your wife that troubled her so much that she slipped into a deep depression and died.

Hopefully youll get 2.5 million, so you can find you a nice slim woman to take to Paris.

If you chose to sue, it would have to be the airlines, as the flight attendant is only following corporate policy.

Like Dr. Drew says, "this sounds like BS."

FYI - "She" was entitled to 2 meals.

what exactly would you gain? it will be tossed out of court and the flight attendant will probably be fired. i think your really reaching w/ this one and it won't help that you waited so long.
