Of course it does. But only if you swish it around in your mouth for at least 15 minutes. Then after the swishing you must lean over your partners face and let some of the semen drool out of your mouth of a length of 4 inches. And only if you slurp it back in without letting a drop fall on your partners face will it keep your mouth clean.

it does not do any of the above. It will not cure acney and it does make your teeth pearly white, or make your gums any healthier. But I can give you a little heads up on something... Go find whoever told you that sh** and slap 'em.

No. That is what listerine, floss, toothpaste, and a toothbrush is for. The only thing semen will do for girls is make them pregnant. Sorry guys, it does nothing for you.
